Middle Tennessee’s Custom Pool Builders
Specializing in fiberglass and gunite inground pools — crafting backyard retreats for Middle Tennessee homeowners since 2004.
Enhancing Exteriors Through Innovation and Expertise
Marlin Exteriors, Inc. is a custom inground pool builder proudly serving Middle Tennessee. Based in Mt. Juliet, we specialize in fiberglass and gunite pool construction — designing and building backyard retreats that homeowners enjoy for decades.
Fiberglass pools are our specialty. We work with industry-leading shell manufacturers to offer smooth, low-maintenance pools that install faster and cost less to operate than traditional concrete. From sleek modern designs to resort-style shapes with tanning ledges and built-in spas, we help you find the perfect fit for your yard and budget.
Every project starts with a free in-home consultation where we walk through design options, site requirements, and realistic timelines. Our team handles everything — excavation, plumbing, electrical, decking, and final finish — so you have one point of contact from groundbreaking to your first swim. We back every build with a 1-year workmanship warranty and are proud to carry a BBB A+ rating.
